Orders & Shipping

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at service@aesthedium.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

At this moment, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer require the purchased items, feel free to initiate the return process at any time. Once your order begins shipping, you can start the return process here! Refunds for returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please be aware that all returns are subject to a $10 return fee and any additional incurred shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

 
 

Currently, shipping fees will be determined based on the destination country, and we will strive to provide prompt and secure shipping services. You can head to the checkout section of the site and enter your address to see if we ship to your location and how much it will cost to get there.

Keep in mind, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.

Unfortunately, Aesthedium has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Aesthedium has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Aesthedium is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal for online orders.

Thank you very much for ordering with us! While processing and shipping times depend on the purchased items, please note that we cannot guarantee the exact shipping date of your order.

The processing time for products is 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love our design. If you are unhappy with your order, We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
All returns are subject to a $10 return fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please also note, we cannot refund original shipping fees on any international returns.
 
Outside of Taiwan, we cannot create return labels for international orders through our returns platform, so please email us at service@aesthedium.com if you would like to initiate a return. We will work together to find the best solution for you.
 
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. The best way to move forward for an “exchange” is to initiate a return for your original items and repurchase the items you would like in a new order. 
 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@aesthedium.com.
 
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns associated with a user whom we suspect of abusing this Return Policy. This includes but is not limited to users who exhibit a pattern of repeated and/or excessive returns or otherwise exhibit fraudulent behavior.
